Can March showers bring April flowers?

It's raining - again- like cats and dogs. I love rain and thunderstorms. God sends it to refresh the earth; it waters my garden and washes my van for free. It smells fresh and makes the robins very happy as they flutter their feathers in the drops. All in all, rain is wonderful! UNLESS you have children. My children love the rain. The Lord made them part duck I think, and they beg me to let them go play in the rain. "Beg" is too weak - it's more like "hound," "badger," and any other animal names that refer to persistent pestering on the subject. Nonetheless, they have had to wait out the torrents in the house. And I must admit they have been very creative with their time. When we are not busy with school work or chores, they have busily put their play minds to work. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. It's been fun - tiring, but fun.
