Our zoo joined the zoo at the zoo...

OK, you may be confused by the title. Allow me to enlighten you. If you've ever been in our home when things are rather chaotic (eg. kids doing laps around the island, baby boy jumping like a monkey in his bouncy seat, Mommy and Daddy just watching in amazement, and a decibel level through the roof), you'll agree we can be a zoo. Well, there's nothing better to do on a spring break Friday than take our little zoo to the zoo!
The day started fairly well. The girls were VERY excited. Ezekiel was just along for the ride. So, we packed lunch, loaded the car, and made way for the Columbia Zoo.
Little did we know that everybody and their own little zoo decided to take a spring break field trip. Yep, you got it, a real zoo at the zoo! Well, we had already trekked this far, might as well enjoy the day. And that's what we did!

The fish aquarium was a favorite for us this time.

After seeing the other animals, we ate lunch and ended the day with a ride on the carousel and Anna tried out the climbing wall.

And, of course, we left the zoo with at least one of our crew fast asleep.
