glimpses

In 1 Corinthians 10:31 it says, "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." Straight forward words to live by. Right? While the summer has been busy in many good ways, it is still a challenge to simply remember to do all for God's glory. Thankfully, we are given ways to look back on what the Lord had been doing in our lives, amid the busyness. He has been the thread woven in each event, each moment of every day. And glimpses of his present glory can been seen in even the most mundane thing.
These pictures from this past month capture some of those glimpses. It's kind of like looking into a shimmering creek bed as the water bubbles along. Once in a while a glitter catches your eye and that glitter turns out to be something most precious.
